CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
We understand that sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances you may have to cancel your course registration. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to all parties, whilst also being able to arrange and allocate provisions and resources for our courses. If you do wish to cancel your registration, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to [email protected].
The 'course start date' refers to the date that you receive the first online educational webinar. For cancellations of bookings < or equal to 8 weeks > 4 weeks prior to the course start date, you will be charged 50% of the course fee.
For cancellation of bookings within 4 weeks of the course start date and/or failure to attend a hands-on course on the day, no refund will be issued.
Refund of course fees will not be given if you cancel or are unable to attend, once you have enrolled on the course. If you have received any part of the course module, you will not be entitled to a refund. If you are unable to attend the hands-on course dates due to reasonable circumstance and give at least 4 weeks notice, our course coordinator will attempt to accommodate you on an alternative course date. Please note this is subject to availability and dependant on the circumstance.

In the event that Dr Jam Training and Mentoring cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified promptly via email. Dr Jam Training and Mentoring will not be liable for any costs associated with this. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 21 days of request.
